Where to find us.......

For those with Satnav or using route-finding software, our postcode is KA24 4LQ and our address is Craighead Farm, Dalry, Ayrshire UK.

We are approximately 20 minutes from both Glasgow and Prestwick Airports. We are always happy to arrange pick up from either location for our clients.

Protec Training Centre is located in the heart of the Scottish central belt and there are few places better sited for the provision of driver training. With access to disused mine workings for our off-road and close-protection training as well as a stunning regional parkland for 4x4 and other training, this, together with the highly varied road network around us provides an all-encompassing training environment.

It is possible for us to drive for 20 minutes and experience every type of road in the UK from single track country lanes to busy town and city centre's - via motorway and dual carriageway!

Directions by car from Glasgow:

Aim for the Airport on the M8. Take junction 29 and head for Irvine on the A737. Stay on the A737 past Beith and through Dalry heading for Kilwinning. As you leave Dalry, there is a junction signposted Saltcoats. Turn right here (B714) and over the bridge and half way up the hill on your left is our training centre. The junction is just past a Jet petrol station on your right. Be warned - mobile speed enforcement cameras operate regularly in Dalry. (Probably not a good start to a driving course!)

By Train - from Glasgow Central Station, or Prestwick Airport, get off at Dalry. We can come and pick you up.
